9.1. Severability and interpretation

Should a competent authority declare any of these provisions illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted in the manner closest to the original intention. 9.2. Language

The relationship between the Owner and the User shall be governed by Spanish law. If the User is a consumer, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the User's place of residence. Otherwise, they shall be determined by the courts of Madrid.

Las presentes Condiciones Generales de Uso quedan suscritas de una parte por Teros y de otra por ti, como Usuario persona física o jurídica que accede voluntariamente de manera libre y gratuita al Sitio Web.

El presente Sitio Web tiene como objeto informar al Usuario de los productos y servicios ofrecidos por Teros. El acceso y la navegación por el Sitio Web son gratuitos.

Como Usuario, mediante el mero acceso y navegación a través del Sitio Web, deberás:

Cualquier daño, perjuicio, pérdida o coste (incluidos honorarios de abogados) derivado de un incumplimiento por parte del Usuario deberá ser resarcido por éste, incluyendo cualquier reclamación de terceros derivada de dichos incumplimientos.

Las presentes Condiciones pueden ser modificadas y/o actualizadas en cualquier momento sin necesidad de previo aviso. Las modificaciones entrarán en vigor a partir de su publicación en el Sitio Web. 9.1. Salvaguarda e interpretación

Tal declaración no perjudicará la validez de las restantes cláusulas. La no exigencia del cumplimiento estricto de algún término no constituye renuncia a exigirlo en el futuro.

El idioma aplicable a las presentes Condiciones es el español. Si se facilitan versiones en otros idiomas, será únicamente por mera cortesía. En caso de contradicción prevalecerá la versión en español.

9.3. Legislación y fuero

Las relaciones entre el Titular y el Usuario se regirán por la legislación española. Siendo consumidor, los conflictos se someterán a los Juzgados y Tribunales del domicilio del Usuario. En caso contrario, se determinarán en los Juzgados y Tribunales de Madrid.
